These solar systems work differently than conventional thermosiphons.

Forced systems have the widest closed loop and force the movement of water through a pump.

The main advantage of this type of system is that you no longer have to put the solar tank next to the solar panels, but you can put the accumulator inside the house.

Being the accumulator inside protects it from inclement weather, thus increasing the life of the equipment and you can put a tank with a greater capacity.

These systems are less efficient since they require electricity to keep the pump running. They are recommended for homes where the roof structure is fragile and for homeowners and buildings.

Our SP range of solar collectors consists of a powerful highly selective absorber with titanium treatment (TINOX) produced in Germany. Its performance is greater than 95%. No loss of performance throughout its useful life.

Its special solar prismatic glass is 4mm thick, low in iron salts. The glass is attached to the aluminum housing by means of an EPDM seal for a hermetic seal.

Said aluminum casing is painted with electrostatic paint. The thickness of the rock wool insulation is 50mm.

Our SN range of solar collectors consists of an absorber treated with black chrome. Its performance is greater than 80%, losing this performance throughout its useful life.

These solar collectors have a great performance and are specially designed to work in hot climates.

Its special solar tempered glass is 4mm thick.

Our ACH accumulators do not need maintenance, since in these accumulators the production of DHW (Domestic Hot Water) is instantaneous (without standing water).

Thanks to its 36 meter long AISI316L stainless steel corrugated coil, lime is not stratified.

Your hot water will be free of viruses and bacteria (like legionella).

Our ACD accumulators, with enamelled treatment and double envelope, do need maintenance because the DHW (Sanitary Hot Water) accumulates in them, therefore the sacrificial anode must be changed periodically.

Its weight is slightly higher compared to our ACH version.

OPERATING

1.. Solar panels capture the sun's rays, transforming solar energy into heat. This heat is transported to the solar tank by means of the heat transfer fluid.
2. Once the heat reaches the tank, the exchanger transmits the heat to the cold water (blue arrow) transforming it into hot water (red arrow). This hot water is prepared for various uses (human consumption, dishwasher, washing machine ...)
